Canada/US PLAN

I have the Canada US plan. My phone wasn’t working in the US so I tirned on “Data Roaming.” Is this what I am suppose to do? It now works. I want to make sure I’m not going to get charged extra.

Yes @John-Henry you are correct with those Canada US Mexico plans

The $30 bundle is for those who do not have the Canada US Mexico plan and want to have a one off 15 days roaming service

So investigating what level I should get.  Are you saying the three Can-US-Mex plans $35, $45, $55 respectively, all include roaming when in the US (full map service) and you can place call to Canada while in the US for no extra cost?  If so  what is the 15-roaming add on for $30?

you did right. Now, just leave it roaming as you'll never be charged for overages or anything else. Public Mobile is a pre-paid service so you will never get a bill later on.

yes, although you have the plan, you still need to turn on roaming  on your phone.  But no need to worry, there won't be extra charges

@PrettyPrincess1 you did everything right. The days of paying for roaming are long gone so don’t worry about any extra or surprise charges. PM is a prepaid service so you’re covered. Hope this helps.
