If I change my subscription, do I keep the previous options?

Hello, I am currently subscribed at $15 per month and I had 500 minutes of overseas long distance as a bonus, if I take a subscription at $35 per month (holiday sale) will I lose the 500 minutes of overseas long distance or will I still be able to use them?

No you won’t loss your More is Merrier bonus. 
Please note if you decide to downgrade your plan in the future…you can’t. You can only upgrade.

If this is OK with you…go ahead and switch on your Next Renewal Date because PM doesn’t prorate unused days.

If those "500 Minutes" were part of Christmas bonuses from years past, no, you will not lose them. But just know this. If you switch, you will NEVER be able to switch back.
