My previous subscription

by mistake I have changed my subscription from 11$/month to 30$/month 

and I want my previous subscription or I will leave public mobile because it’s too much 30$ I found other deals with other companies but I would like to ask you first if you can return my previous subscription?!

First @Zaytuna If you did your research you should know that NOBODY from Public Mobile works on these boards. We are ALL customers like you.

When did you accidently change to the $30 account?

you can only change to plan available on your My Account.  So , login My Account and go to Change Subscription page and check what cheaper plan you see.

$15 plan is no longer available and you cannot change it back
