for the third time in a row, my public mobile phone let not make me calls. I says : no avaialable minutes left.
I tried restarting my iphone, I tried putting sim card out and back in. noresolve

you cannot call any number at all? if you have not try other number, try it. And try calling both way:
1. with a 1 in front of the 10 digits
2. without the 1 in front

I would suggest you do a network reset on the phone and then reboot. If the problem keeps continuing, file a complaint with customer service and they may reset your network on their end as well.
