how to set up US roaming after purchase the US addon?

I just purchase the $30 voice+3G data US roaming add on.  What else do I need to do ?  How is the activation process or it's automated and it will auto start working when I get to US? Thanks in advance.  I tried but PM's 611 is a joke.

Im looking through public mobiles' new online website and under "all plans" the lowest one now is $40. Are the $10, 15, 25, 35 dollar plans not offered anymore? What does this mean for people who already have those plans?
