My credit card is being charged for one of the service i have taken before from public mobile. I do not use any public mobile sim card now but my credit card still being charged for the service. I would like to know how I can stop that. I also forgot the public mobile phone number.

Hi,
I did not port out the service. I just activated the line to use it for one month, but now i am getting charged every month. I also lost my sim card and phone number.

when did you cancel autopay or port out your service??
you can submit ticket with CS agent and ask for refund if you properly disabled autopay
