When does my annual loyalty discount increase?

Hello, 

I was curious to find out when my annual loyalty discount will increase, but I can't remember when I first joined. Can someone let me know if there's a way to find out? (Other than doing some massive digging)

Yes, it is with the old system. I guess digging it will have to be! Thanks!

@Boredhappy The quickest method I've found is to toggle through the payment history month by month and see where the previous loyalty reward took effect. Worst case scenario, you'll flip through 12 months lol. 

And I should add, it is assumed there would be an increase if you are on the old legacy reward system. The new points system do not receive increase to their threshold of points on their annual anniversary of join PM.

we cannot help, but you can try

1. check if you ever received Welcome email from PM 

2. check Payment history in My Account. it goes back 1 full year and you can check when was the last loyalty amount increase 

3. ask agent here
