I recently signed up with public mobile and used a friend’s referral code. Neither of us received the promised points. How do I contact anyone at PM? It’s a very frustrating process

It can take 3 days for the new member to see their $10 referral bonus. If they do not see it, it is suggested that they submit a ticket and monitor their community inbox for a respond from a Customer Service agent.

For the individual who referred the member, you will see the discount on your upcoming bill 🙂

It takes up to 72 hours to get it. If it's been more than 72 hours, reach a CS Agent via this link
