Unable to transfer out number due to unable to receive sms in oversea

Hello, anyone knows how to do it without going through public CS as they are extremely unhelpful for failing multiple attempts ?

So you're currently overseas correct? Not in Canada? Well, the issue is this. You won't be able to get the code via SMS because you're outside of Canada and the USA. You will have to wait till you arrive back in Canada. There is nothing anyone can do. It's the security feature to protect numbers from being stolen.
