Hi, so I don’t have access to the email address or the phone number associated with my account temporarily because I am using a loaner phone while my iPhone is getting repaired, and I need to login to my account to be able to transfer my esim to the temporary device that I am currently using while my regular phone gets fixed. How can I get help the fastest way from customer support..!? I have already sent a private message to a cs agent, but can I expect a response outside of their regular business hours of operation!? Or will I have to wait until tomorrow to receive a response!?

There is no transfer of eSIMs. A new eSIM will be needed. When prompted for the 2FA code, use the resend code/didn't get code button to have the code sent to voicemail. Check your voicemail by using another phone to call your cell phone number.
As for a customer support agent responding, a response shouldn't be expected until morning.
