I cannot access my xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx email . And I need to move my phone number to my new phone until my screen is fixed ! Can someone please help me!

You posted on the Community where there are only customers like you. To get in contact with an agent, you need to open a ticket or send a private message. okay so for another time I cannot access my email and I cannot access my phone number this is why I have created a ticket! Or did I do this wrong too

If you click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code. You have the option to send the 2FA code by text, call or email.
If you are still having issues login. Click on the Chat icon and type in “Submit a Ticket” then Contact for an agent to help you login to your account.

I can’t log in because of 2 factor authentication. I can’t access my
Apple ID because I need my
phone number so I need someone who can help me with my account this has been over a week now!

take the sim outta the old cell and install in the other cell. (If using esim, you need to download the app to your new cell, log in to your account and buy an esim)
