Hello, my friend’s email has changed and his old one is no longer being supported by his previous provider. He cannot log into his account because he cannot access his eversafe verification code. What can he do to access his account

Does your friend still have access to his phone? Able to receive texts or calls?
He can still access his account using his old email address if he remembers his password, since the initial 2FA code will be a text. If unable to get text, you can get 2FA voice mail message also. Click on Didn't receive code. He can access his voicemail by calling from anther phone and pressing * when voicemail message, enter PIN and then able t retreive the 2FA voice message.
Once inside the account, you can change the email associated with Eversafe account.
