I just registered my new Public line and I used a referral code from the friend. I didn't receive the $10 one time discount as I should have. And my friend didn't get the discount on their bill either, and they don't see it at all in their referral on their account. I tried the chat help but not helpful, it just gives me the article about referral code. Anyway this could be fixed?

Your friend will have to contact them as well to get theirs. You will need their info as well, name, phone number and such.

If you have just signed up, it can take up to 72 hours for your friend to receive their notice, and you should see the $10 credit within the same time frame. (My experience is often next day) If on Monday/Tuesday you’ve seen neither the credit or notice of referral, please reach out to a cs agent using the chat bubble on the bottom right. Hope this helps

it could take a few days for the $10 credit to be applied to your account or for friend to receive the "Cha-Ching" text from PM. How long has it been since you activated and used the referal code ?
