Before you contact a CS Agent for help, check a few things first. If it came out of your bank account, contact your bank FIRST to confirm 2 payments came out. If it came off your credit card, contact your credit card company FIRST to make sure it was a double payment made. Always check with source first before contacting a CS Agent. Most times they aren't double payments, there is one payment then a pending payment.

Keep checking your Community inbox envelope icon on top right after the ticket is submitted. CS Agent will reply to you there.
Have your name, address and phone number when you message them to speed things up.
