Can someone help me activate my SIM and activate my phone?

I have provided my new SIM card number via private message. I'm looking to get this processed as soon as possible.

you need to be patient and wait for the agent to respond. the customer support here isn't an instant chat type of communication. provide as much info as possible when sending them a message. nobody in this forum can help you, only CS_ Agent can.

Yes, that works. But I still don't have service on my phone.

The agent told me that they needed my SIM card number, and that they assigned me a temporary phone number, then will switch it to my regular number. My app is showing my regular phone number.

Hi - the 2FA code on the app is going to a number I don't have access to. I have sent a follow up via inbox.

Can someone process it for me now?

you can actually do it yourself 

Login My account, use email to receive 2FA code,  goto Profile,  click the pencil besides sim card and update it

if you cannot logon My Account, check inbox for agent reply and message them again to push
