Hi There I helped setup a friend with a new plan, after we put the information for the port, the page gave an error and the number has not been transferred from Virgin Mobile.

Hi There This number is eligible to move and I followed the steps, I replied yes but the number has not been ported since yesterday, before that there was also an error on the public mobile app
