My account is stuck in an activation loop, but I'm already activated

So I went to update the payment method on my account and now every time I try to log into my account, it asks me to set up a new sim card and choose a subscription. I can't access my account overview page at all, as every time I log in it takes me to the activation flow and nothing else.

I've contacted @CS_Agent and their only feedback is "clear cookies or try a different device" as the "only solution in a situation like this". Clearly, it is not the solution, and I've tried on multiple devices and browsers, all giving the same issue.

Does ANYONE have any idea how to fix this? I'm at a complete loss and I cannot manage my account at all due to this.

I've cleared cache. cleared cookies. Tried on a PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and even the app. All of them go to the same "It's time to finish your activation!" page.

NOTHING gets me out of this loop at all.
