Hey y'all
So today (29/06) I paid with a voucher and my $15 plan auto activated, subtracting the money from my account as per my payment history.
But it shows that as of today (29/06) my services are on hold. Also the last subscription cycle dates and plan are entirely wrong showing a $29 plan with a 30/05-29/06 subscription cycle meaning that as per PM I don't have an active subscription even though I just paid today. From 16/05- 15/06 I was on the $15 plan and I don't understand where PM is getting these wrong subscription plans and dates.
Any help understanding all this would be greatly appreciated cause none of this makes sense

Your account shows wrong plan and in hold, do you have an active server? Can you make calls and send messages? If yes, it’s means an issue with the website, if not, you need to send a message to support agent

Already tried from incognito and it shows the same message, same info.

@tdk123 if you are checking from app, you need to scroll down to update the info
if browser, use Incognito broeding window

with the cycle date problem, maybe just browser cache and your weren't getting the latest info, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
