I logged on to cancel my subscription after I was charged $22.60 for a service I no longer use. Can you please help me, there is no control of my account when i log in

Public Mobile doesn't know if you no longer use the service...you must log in to your account to Unsubscribe. Either that or message Customer Support to deactivate and remove payment card info.

sorry, PM is a prepaid carrier. If you disable your Autopay too late, after the plan already renewed, you won't get any refund
but if you are just asking how to disable autopay, login My Account, go to Payment, click Manage Subscription and turn of Subscribed
