New physical sim won’t load

Hey. 
iust got a new physical sim from Telus. 
iPhone 11. 
attempted to change the new sim in profile. 
no luck.   Says it’s not valid. 
any suggestions.

Appreciate the response. Bought the eSIM. Problem solved.

you need a Public Mobile sim to activate NOT a Telus sim.
