Please assist , new customer switched over , I’ve successfully made my account payment went through than received an error message number 820 “ unsuccessfully activation”.
Tried downloading the app and still received errors.

Is pre-authorized withdrawal already in place if activation is unsuccessful? Will this charge be posted?
