just signed up for a new account and paid for it, then got this message,

I faced the same error today, and I was on the website using a debit card.
When I tried in the app, the error message was much more clear - 'credit card validation failed' . It needs a credit/prepaid card to succeed.
So for anyone facing this error, try a credit/prepaid card.

@JR7470 Were you using the APP to subscribe? (The web version will not allow it) please use the orange chat bubble on the bottom right to open a ticket with a CS_Agent. They can assist you in the continuance. Hope this helps
