just signed up for a new account and paid for it, then got this message, 

Activating Error

Oops! Looks like something went wrong when we tried to create your account!

Your payment was processed, but an account configuration error occurred. Please click below to submit a ticket and finish creating your account. Check the Community for a response from an agent.

Error Code: M.8702
 
can you please help as it is time sensitive that i get the account activated. thanks

I faced the same error today, and I was on the website using a debit card.

When I tried in the app, the error message was much more clear - 'credit card validation failed' . It needs a credit/prepaid card to succeed. 

So for anyone facing this error, try a credit/prepaid card.

@JR7470  Were you using the APP to subscribe? (The web version will not allow it) please use the orange chat bubble on the bottom right to open a  ticket with a CS_Agent.  They can assist you in the continuance. Hope this helps
