Correct date format

Trying to put a ticket. It is asking to put a date but does not suggest the format it should be entered.I tried variations but can't seem to get the correct one.yyyy.mm.ddmm.dd.yyyymm-dd-yyyyyyyy-mm-ddNone seam to be acceptable. Any suggestions?

Payment through Xoom lost

I sent payment through Xoom and even though the transaction was completed successfully I still don’t know where the payment went. I’m told I need a Telus pin to find and apply my payment. Does anyone know what and how I can do this?
