New Canada/ us plans

Currently on Canada only plan, 20 GB a month @$34.00. I want to switch to the Canada/ US 50 GB @$34.00. Why is this only for new customers and not available for people who have been with public mobile for almost 10 years? Why no customer loyalty?

I continued to try to switch plans to the Canada/US plan.  At first it would not go through, but eventually it did.

There are different types of plans and promotions for customer loyalty.  Just have to wait until that happens.
