Currently on Canada only plan, 20 GB a month @$34.00. I want to switch to the Canada/ US 50 GB @$34.00. Why is this only for new customers and not available for people who have been with public mobile for almost 10 years? Why no customer loyalty?
I will lose a $7.00 per month discount and receive nothing close. I never recieved an e mail from public mobile at all to let me know these changes were being made and I won't even get to use this free data bundle they have sent out. This is unaccept...
