If I switch to points can I use points automatically to reduce my bill every month without me having to log in?.
Or do I have to log in every month and apply my points?
Does anybody regret switching to points? There's some things I like like being able to get the extra data, but honestly it seems like it's more bother than it's worth

@TheeDude - Are you on Public Points OR joined Public Mobile after January 25th 2022? If so, you cannot go to Legacy Rewards where you save $$$.
If you are on Legacy Rewards still (Joined before January 25th 2022) & you didn't switch to Public Points yet, most people have regretted switching to the Points system.
You will have to get at least 15 Points to get a $15 credit, & it won't automatically reduce your bill monthly.
I think you should stick with the Legacy Rewards program & many on this Community who joined before Jan. 25 2022 love the old rewards, and don't really like the new points system.

@TheeDude , if you switch to points (please don’t) you can’t automatically use them to reduce your bill every month. You have to wait until you accumulate 15 points so you can redeem them to use towards that bill!
I have regretted switching to points the minute I did it! I was being nosy! Once you switch to points there is no going back!
Edit: Typo

Most regulars do not recommend switching to the points system. You will save more money with the legacy rewards.
You will need to cash 15 points for $15 billing credit. It is not automatic.

no, not automatic
you need to first collect 15 points and then login yourself and request redeeming 15 point for $15 bill credit
