i'm helping my friend activate a new account.  we've successfully ported the number onto a esim but the questions is how can you activate the esim on his phone?  when we select +esim in setting it's asking for a QR code.
Does anyone know if the new plan identified as Canada/US with 75G data is cross border data?   That is, can we use the 75G data in the US?
Is there an issue on data usage calculation/update?   When I log into my account, the data usage amount haven’t changed for weeks?  Happening on the app as well as in my PC. 
I’ve setup a new subscription for my next renewal but I forgot the details of the new subscriptions.  It only tells me the price.  How do I find out the details of the plan?
