Does anyone know if the new plan identified as Canada/US with 75G data is cross border data? That is, can we use the 75G data in the US?

Good Evening @Toxin
Let me ease your mind.
⁺⁺Whether in Canada or the US, this plan includes unlimited calling, text, picture and video and messaging to phone numbers within and between Canada and the US. Data can be used in both Canada and the US."
Click on Offer Details
Use your keyboard and click CTRL F for Find. Add US to the search box up top that pops up after you hit CTRL F, then it's number 18 out of 26. 🙂

Please do not send customers to CSAs for these types of matters. This is not the type of questions that customers support agents are needed for. Unnecessary tickets slows down service response time for everyone.

The issue is that the plan description doesn’t say the data is cross border where as the old $65/50G specify data is cross border.

Yes can be used both ways.

@Toxin - You'll get a single data bucket for both the US and Canada, so if you run out of data in one country, you run out of it in both countries & there isn't Unlimited Data at Reduced Speeds for extra data to get you through the rest of the month.
