suspended account

my account is suspended, i paid my balance- my service turned on, then turned back off and is continuing to tell me it’s still suspended and that i need to pay again. i have the invoice they sent me after i paid the first time.

Account tracking not proper

I use 15 dollar plan and the the My Account is showing that I have used 27 minutes while when I call I get a message that I have used up all my minutes and I think public mobile needs to improve minute tracking and data usage tracking. These clowns
