It seems that my phone number is constantly sending message without my knowing

Hello everyone,

I am very surprised to find that my phone number is constantly sending messages to someone else every day. What is the problem with that? Is it normal, or I have to change my phone number?

The picture below is an example of the text, it happened every day from the history I can see.

That's your phone trying to contact visual voicemail servers. Visual voicemail is not supported here. Turn off the sms permission in your dialer. But it doesn't really matter since you don't have limited texting.
