I ported my number from Freedom. Outgoing calls are working (weak receiption) but incoming calls are not working

@NoorUlHuda for weak reception, what brand and model of phone do you have?
for incoming calls, you likely missed to reply Yes to a Freedom text to approve porting and porting was not completed. I will send you a number to call the porting support team

@NoorUlHuda Did you missed the 90 min window to reply yes to the port request text ? There’s a number for live support to re start the port process
