We were porting our number from Telus when our device died. By the time we got it charged back up and logged back in, the porting transfer code had expired. We called Telus, and they told us to contact Public, but we cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
