My anniversary month is February yet I still dont have my anniversary points. I constantly keep getting conflicting answers as to when the will come. Some people said I would get it at the end of my anniversary month when I originally signed up for PM. Some say I will get it 13 months after the anniversary date, some people say I will get it the month I was forced..erm I mean joined the new rewards program which was in May. Some say I will get it the 13th month from when i joined the new points system. Can anyone reclarify as to when I will get them?

Go in the app and click on the Account tab to find out your original activation date. That is your anniversary date. You say "February", but what day specifically?
You mentioned further up this thread that you know it's February because you used to get $1 in February on the legacy points system, but that doesn't make sense. The old loyalty reward was $1 per month, per year of service (up to $5/month) every month. The new system is once per year (10 points) vs monthly, so it's two completely different systems.

Mine showed but the day after the anniversary. But 2 days prior I received an email telling me about the fact that my anniversary was coming up. If not for the email reminder, I wouldn't have even known/thought about it🤗.

UPDATE: I contacted CS and they were able to manually add the points which was great! However I still want to know why it didnt do it automatically like everyone else. Ive been having issues with PM and their transparency with me as a client for what seems to be quite some time. It all seemed to start around the last time they gave away the holiday bonus(Yes kids thats how long ive been with PM for, they used to give us free data at christmas) when I had to do the same thing and basically force CS to give me the data and what not. Also They never even sent me a message saying Public Points is the new reward system or If i was getting any data, I had to learn that from Reddit originally. Ever since then they seem to have like cut ties with me or black listed my number or something. I never recieve texts or emails or new offers or anything ever so it seems odd.

Been with PM for 3years and as stated a day after in your account but the available point balance will show up on your next renewal date for you to redeem the points.

@BainTrain55 - this post couldnt have come at a better time. My anniversary is actually March 3rd (today). Last year, I received the "Happy Anniversary" points on March 4th (a Monday). So my example shows that either they arrive a) 1 day after, or b) the next business day. If your anniversary is FEB (whatever date) I think you should reach out to a CS_Agent to dig in. First off just want to say thank you and I certainly appreciate the help from the comments below. But once again here we go with all the conflicting answers as to when I will recieve them lol. PM really needs to put exact clear date and timeline as to when you will recieve the anniversary points. I have submitted a ticket and will wait for CS to contact me.

It normally shows up a day after your anniversary date.

It might be they will appear on next billing period a month after your anniversary.

Yes February is my original sign up date. I know this because every february I would get the $1 loyalty program when it was still a thing. I have been checking my points balance everyday since March 1. I also dont believe its a cache problem as im still collecting points from my bill at the end of february.

February is the anniversary day you had with PM? You can login My Account , to to Account page to confirm
Or it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Rewards site, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
