Please what did I do to public mobile?
How come you debited me last week on February 24? But you said my next billing date is March 6. You debited me, I still don't have data. And you still want to bill me again this week.
Why are you like this?

Thank you. I was trying to tag the customer service agent.
I only have one public mobile account. I was billed last week, yet I don't have data. Now I'm going to be billed in the next two days again!

the person you tagged "Service" does not work for Public Mobile
did you login My Account's Payment history and does it show a payment on Feb 24?
or any chance you have another account with Public Mobile?
