The call quality has dropped off substantially in the last few days. iPhone 16 pro and 15 pro both. I can not say for sure it was after the iso iPhone upgrade to 18.3.1 but think so.
anyone else or does telus/public know anything? I constantly have 1 bar now. At its worst the call go silent and then is ok for a while. Have had PM for 2 years and have never had this before in our house.
thanks if anyone has information.

Thanks for the info. Yes Canmore is a ways away but it does indicate things are not all settled. Maybe there is an issue. Hopefully it will resolve itself overnight😬

HI @Shawm
yes, there are couple cities with mobile trouble this morning
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Outage-Alert-Alberta-Mobile-service-probl...
currently, there is problem :
Degradation of wireless services in Daysland, Alberta
But I think Canmore is far aware from all these areas

Tried to force it to lte and no difference. I could try to 3G as that was an option. Will try that as I am getting desperate.
thanks

Hi
thanks for the info and suggestions. I turned off the phone. Removed the sim. Restarted the phone. Turned off the phone. Reinstalled the sim. Turned on the phone. In setting I hit reset the settings under cellular public mobile. I seems to have 1 and two bars, so seems the same. Although I have not tryed a call yet.
again, thanks for the info and ideas.

just spit-balling here...if you're connected to 5g network, try manually connecting to 4g LTE instead...see if that has any benefit.

is the service better now? Telus has some issue with this morning in multiple area in Alberta, not sure if your area was impacted. But they should all got resolved now. So, try reboot the phone and reset all networks
