Can't Make Payment

I am trying to make a payment on a different card (auto pay card cancelled due to lost wallet).  The system rejects my payment, sometimes citing "wrong date format", other times just stating that there is a problem with not suggestion for a solution....

Account suspended but my credit card doesn't expire until August 31. I called my bank recently to ensure that I would have time to update my accounts. Now I am being charged extra per month to reactivate?!? This is complete bull!!
