I am set to auto-renew my 3-month subscription plan but i want to cancel this plan and go for a 1-month subscription instead while hoping to get a refund for the 3-month plan. The purchase took place less than 24 hours ago and none of the data was used. On top of that, the purchase hasn’t entirely gone through the payment yet either. I know the rules say purchases are non-refundable but im hoping that the staff members could please at least give it a shot in helping me get my refund back. Anything would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Just create a ticket on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help.
