if the account was not fully setup and you want to opt out, PM support will provide full refund. But if it is just technical problem with setup , check with them and maybe they can sort it out, you can submit ticket by direct message:

Public Mobile does not usually offer refunds. What exactly happens you try activating your subscription? Public Mobile app is needed.

PM doesnt normally offer refunds, but if you havent even activated your account i would try messaging them and asking for a refund, you can message a customer support agent here:
