Hello, I am currently on a 1gb plan ,and I wanna move up back to the $39 plan .My subscription period is Mar 18  how can I upgrade to the $39 plan and pay the difference between my current plan ($23) . Is that possible ? Please help

Hello all, Given the recent circumstances, I wanna switch to another company such as Eastlink . Does anyone know how to go about that?
