Saw 240gb , downgraded and lost it - Now want to upgrade

Hello,

I am currently on a 1gb plan ,and I wanna move up back to the $39 plan .

My subscription period is Mar 18 

how can I upgrade to the $39 plan and pay the difference between my current plan ($23) .

 Is that possible ? Please help

There are no partial credits. If you upgrade now you'll lose everything you prepaid from March 18th forward. It's best to schedule the upgrade for your April renewal, unless of course you need data now.

If you already got loyalty bonus, if you do plan change you will loose it.

If you do upgrade NOW you will be immediately charged.

@Zigzaga  .unfortunately it was stated in the FAQ that if you downgrade plan you will lose the bonus data add on .it has 150 day expiry anyways so not that useful . Best to just pick plan that suits your needs

It may be possible with the help of an understanding customer service agent.  YMMV.  

IN general, there are no refund or pro-rated plans with Public mobile.
