I have purchased the SIM card but haven't recieved it yet. Is there a timeline or tracking of when can I expect a SIM card?

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agents

@Himanshu21    There's no tracking but if it has been more than ten business days since you ordered then you can ask customer service for an update.  Contact them via the chat/message  icon bottom right of this page.  The sims come by regular mail and can take from a few days to three weeks.  You can also buy one at a local Telus/Koodo corporate store to save time - ask customer service if they will reimburse you if you do that.
