I am having a similar issue as above, in Port Limbo with Chatr, and trying to bump up a request with PM to resend Chatr the request to port my number. Are you able to send me this number to assist with porting? Thanks!

What about incoming texts? data work?
It might be a stuck port, but we need more information. Maybe check your old carrier SIM card to see whether that works.

What model phone do you have? If it’s an iPhone 7 or earlier you will have issues.
