I forgot my password to my account and im trying to reset the password but im not receiving the email with the OTP. I dont have access to the phone number so cant get the OTP on my phone either. Please help…. @CS_Agent

Email is correct as all the other communication from public mobile is on it. If i want to cancel my subscription how should i do it with not having access to my account ?

Ensure you're using the correct e-mail address and check the SPAM or JUNK folders for the e-mail.
