Hi! I have just brought my number here, and I am not receiving any SMS. I had to verify my account using my email cause the SMS code never went throw. Same when trying to verify my number on my iPhone, I never receive an SMS with the code.

Thanks! I've never received that sms and now that I put back the sim, I received a SMS that says that Public is having trouble transferring my number. What should I do?

I have an eSim and my tbaytell sim is no longer on my iphone

so did you reply YES to the sms sent when you requested the port of old number to Public Mobile ? If so, then once your old sim quits working, install the new PM sim and see if you have service.
