canot use data/LTE

asked for a friend who owns two public mobile accounts, both of them cannot use LTE data recently. when they turn on the data,there is no sign of data service.location: waterloo/kitchener area. any one has the same experiences? thanks

can't make outgoing calls sim card changed?

I have had no issues with my phone for about 3 years now.today it comes up with a message the sim number is changed yet when I contact public mobile for a help request and password reset it sends the info to my phone...hacked?

What is being done to resolve the issue of not being able to make outgoing calls?

This is the second day I have not been able to make outgoing calls and only receive a message that the number is out of service. Also a change was made in my plan without my consent but then again return to normal later on. Could this be related?

DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE MONEY (Credit) on Account just disappear and have PB want even more?
