Hi team,
I recently moved to Alberta from Ontario. My number and account was registered for Ontario's address. I just updated my address to reflect my new Alberta's address. My question; until now I was being taxed as per Ontario (13%) on my mobile bill, so after my address update on my profile, will the next bill be charged based on Alberta's (5%) or still Ontario? If Ontario, where can I reach to make the amendments?
Thanks for your support and time,
Public Mobile Customer : )

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. Make sense. I will either change my phone number to Alberta's area code or start loading vouchers.

@mitulrami tax is charged based on where the phone number's area code belongs to , not your address (adress on My Account is just for PM's record only)
So, you have to either change to a AB phone number to take advantage of the tax OR you can buy vouchers from local stores (which they charge you AB tax rate), then load voucher into My Account or via *611
