trouble transferring number

Hello I am trying transfer my number to Public but it has been two hours and I still have not got a text from Virgin for the transfer of 416-xxx-xxxx, IMEI xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you old Virgin SIM is still working then porting is not completed so contact a CS_Agent to complete the porting process and keep thenn by old SIM in your phone to reply to the text.

@PamC    First use the down arrow on the top right of your post and remove your tel. number and IMEI # as you'[re posting on an open public forum. 

 

If you missed the transfer text request from VM then call the Telus porting # and ask them to request VM to resubmit it.  I'll private message the Telus porting #, please check your mail box top right.

 

The Virgin account needs to be active and your old SIM in your phone until you've responded with a YES within 90 minutes window.
