My number transfer failed, and I cannot complete a support ticket because it will not let me enter N/A in the SIM number field (it's an eSim). Can someone please tell me how to get the attention of an actual human so this can be resolved?

@wjafranklin first you must know that public mobile does NOT have live telephone support.
Were you using the app to transfer your number?
