change in login

Hi,

I used to have a separate login to the Public Mobile community with the nick name schubbuc.   Now I go straight to the communicty with my regular Public Mobile login but I've lost the ability to use schubbuc as my nick name and had to make a new one.  Is there anyway of integrating these two identities as I seem to have lost access to my old account?  Thanks!

there used to be a way to change Community name, but due to the fact that some abused the function, PM has cut the feature.  Support agent might be able to help, but it is case by case basic, some with success, some got declared.

But generally, you should use the email that you used for Self Server My Account to login Community so you can collect Community rewards.  If that one has the new Community name, and you want your old one back, it is a good reason for you to ask and support agent might be able to help.
